This menu option clears the processing history information allowing all databases to be reprocessed whether they have been modified or not.

Access Maintainer saves the history information in the Previously Processed list - "access maintainer.ppl".
This file can be located in the application directory ie c:\program files\access maintainer

The following fields are stored in this file:

• File - the full file path and name.
• Date - the data and time that the file was given on completion of the last compaction operation.
• Filesize - the database file size in bytes following the last compaction operation.
• Error number - number indicating the error which occurred the last time a compaction was attempted on this file.
  A zero indicates to no error occurred.

It is not recommended that this file be edited however it is possible to force Access Maintainer to reprocess a specific file by deleting its entry in the ppl file. This may be useful where a full Clear History is undesirable. (later versions of Access Maintainer are expected to have this functionality)
